Product designer, DJ, occasional bartender. The same instinct runs under all three: read the room, then decide what happens next.

Most of what I do is modelling. Before a screen is worth drawing, something usually needs renaming, re-nesting or removing, and the redesign turns out to be downstream of that. Getting the nouns right is the work.

I build what I design. The prototypes are real React, on real tokens, wired to real state, because the questions that matter (what does this look like empty, at 300 rows, on a narrow window, mid-request) do not come up in a static file.

I care about the parts nobody is supposed to notice. Whether the sidebar keeps its place. Whether a result arrives or appears. Whether a build can merge a colour that does not exist in the system. None of it is visible on its own and all of it is visible together.

Design started as a hobby at sixteen and never really stopped being one, it just picked up a paycheck along the way.
